The Pressure Treated Tongue and Groove Apex Workshop / Shed is an attractive and sturdy feature for your garden. The traditional apex roof is not only aesthetically pleasing but also provides more headroom and allows you to store larger items. Construction Main Points: The Workshop is constructed from high quality pressure treated 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding. The high quality floor joists give the Workshop a solid and sturdy feel. The floor and roof is constructed from 12mm Tongue & Groove Board. Top grade timber is used throughout, sourced exclusively from Scandinavia where the best timber for Workshops is produced. The timber is tight grained producing less sap and is therefore a more durable timber than the faster growing timber used by other Workshop manufacturers. The benefit of purchasing a pressure treated building is that it is completely protected against rot, natural decay and pest damage for many years to come. Infused into the wood is a chemical preservative that goes deep into the fibres of the wood, as appose to externally applied preservatives. So rather than worrying about the longevity of your garden building, the timbers will mainly look after themselves. Only requiring an annual waterproofing topcoat, leaving you to enjoy your garden and rest assured that your garden items are in the best of hands. A Full Fixing Kit & Felt with Instructions manual is included. Super Strength Framing (38mm x 63mm) – Built Like A Tank. Easy Assembly: Each Workshop comes with fully assembled panels including doors and a fixing kit with plenty of nails and felt to complete the roof assembly. Tongue & Grooved Walls: Tongue & Groove Construction is traditional type of cladding designed to give a smoother enhanced finish whilst also making the Workshop more resistant to the weather. Ledge Door: This garden building comes with Ledge doors to allow a staple and hasp to be fitted to secure your Workshop. Floor Joists: This garden building uses planed timber in the floor joists to provide a sturdy support on your base. Roofing Felt: This garden building comes with free roofing felt. Tongue & Groove Roof & Floor: Hard wearing, stable, excellent moisture resistance and is less susceptible to warping, distortion and layer separation than ply. No knots or voids to worry about. Side Window Feature: A side window feature ensures natural light floods the interior making the Workshop ideal for storage or use as a workshop. You will be able to add additional delivery information at this point. Your garden building is manufactured to order. We offer a bespoke service on this range of sheds, such as unusual sizing or additional windows and doors. Lead times will be extended on these products. Please call for further information. HOW WILL MY GOODS BE DELIVERED? Please be advised delivery is kerb side delivery only. It is at the discretion of the driver if they are able to drop the garden building to a different location. The drivers are not insured to go into your property. If you have any special requirements or believe access to your address may be difficult for our delivery driver please contact us as soon as possible. A general rule of thumb is that if a refuge vehicle can gain access then generally our delivery lorry should be able to but if in doubt please get in touch with us. Typical delivery is 20 working days but we do aim to deliver a bit quicker. Once you have placed your order you will be contact by our delivery team to confirm your delivery date. Delivery is between the hours of 7am – 7pm Mon-Sun. It is possible to request a call an hour prior to delivery but this is subject to the driver having a mobile and cannot be a guaranteed service. If you are going to be out on the day of delivery, it is possible for the item to be left somewhere (for example down the side of a house) but at your own risk. To do this you must leave a signed note detailing your instructions in a clear location for the driver to see. It is important that you sign the instructions as this will be taken by the courier as proof of delivery. Please note we will always contact you by phone or by email to confirm a delivery date – we will not just turn up unannounced – if you do not have a confirmed delivery date please email us or call us. Please note your card is debited at checkout. This is to protect you the customer as we do not store your credit card details. We will contact you if a surcharge is applicable and at that point you can chose to accept the charge or cancel the order and we will make a full refund to your card.
